What type of PII does Sponsor collect from you and how do we use it?

Registrants must provide certain PII to Sponsor in order to have access to certain features on the Website. Such PII shall include basic biographical information, such as your name, address, and phone number. We may also ask you for general statistical, non-PII about your interests and lifestyle habits.

Sponsor does not review Registrant Content before it is Posted to the Website, and does not collect PII from Registrant Content unless there is a compelling reason to do so. Unless you provide PII to Sponsor through the Website (e.g., through registration, Registrant Content, or by email), we will not collect any PII from you.

Sponsor may provide your PII to entities who work on behalf of or with us. These entities may use your PII to help fulfill your requests in connection with the Website and to help us communicate with you about different resources offered as part of the Website. Does Sponsor provide links to other websites?

Sponsor may provide links to other websites or resources of possible interest to you. Because we have no control over such websites or resources, the collection and use of your PII and other information by such websites shall be subject to the policies and procedures of such websites and not this Privacy Policy.

What are our policies regarding children?

You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older in order to become a Registrant. Sponsor will not knowingly collect PII from anyone under thirteen (13) years of age.

3.5 Usage Limitations. Registrant Content Posted to the Website may be subject to size and usage limitations. Registrants are responsible for adhering to such limitations.

4. Commercial Transactions.

4.1 Purchases. Products and/or services are offered for sale through the Website. 5.3 Integrity of Registrant Content. 6. License.?

6.1 Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works of, transmit, sell, or in any way exploit any portion of the Website, except that you may download Content from the Website as machine readable copies and/or print copies of any web page, provided that such copies will be used for your own personal (non-commercial) use and not for the purposes of competing in any manner with the Website or Sponsor.

6.2 Grant of License to Registrant Content. Sponsor shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Registrant Content appearing on the Website. Further, we have the explicit right to incorporate any Registrant Content Posted or conveyed by any Registrant to this Website into any further work, in any medium, without prior consent or review, and without payment of any royalty or fee whatsoever.

6.3 Grant of License to Sponsor Materials. Notwithstanding Section 6.1 hereof and as part of your use of the Website, Sponsor grants to you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license, without the right to sublicense, for the sole purpose of downloading and viewing the Sponsor Materials on your personal computer.
