1 large onion, finely chopped

3 TBS cumin seeds

1 TBS chili powder

1 TBS paprika

1 TBS Cayenne pepper

1 pound ground turkey breast

4 to 6 fresh tomatoes, cut into cubes

1/2 can tomato paste

1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 can black beans

Sea salt, to taste

Water, as needed (approx 1/2 to 3/4 cup) or, in phase II, substitute brewed Teeccino for extra flavor (note:teeccino is not gluten-free)
