1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup pine nuts
6 cups fresh baby spinach, washed and chopped

Hi, I have a similar recipe. Miy recipe leaves out the bell pepper (nightshade) and adds mushrooms. I usually season lightly with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Looking forward to trying your recipe once detox phase is complete :)
