I'm sorry I'm just replying, but somehow lost the link to this test website and just got it back with Dr. H's email.  I'm glad you liked the recipe. I seem to be making up a lot of recipes since I started on this diet plan!  I'm afraid I don't know how to print the recipe. I think this would be feedback for website improvement.

To print I just highlighted the recipe and hit "print.P  It came out for me.

I haven't tried this recipe yet but will when I finish my 7 days of prepared food.

This recipe sounds good and I might try it today.I does not give number of servings. Sometimes recipe servings seem smaller than when you just eat plain veggies, rice and meat (where it is suggested that you eat 2C  or so of veggies).
