Question about adding back foods

Hi, I am confused. We did the Ultra Simple diet for two weeks, we have been doing phase 1 for three weeks and although I have the Ultrametabolism Book, the UM Cookbook and the US diet paperback I'm not sure where the section is that says exactly what foods you add back at what intervals. We did start week 5 with an egg--my son says he remembers that being the first item (he has lost 38 pounds so I trust his interpretation). My husband has lost 14 pounds and he thinks it is citrus next, I have lost 11 but I thought I read corn was the first--can anyone give me a dummy list of which/when foods to add. I'm not desperate but yesterday I went to the bakery section just to smell the fresh bread!! We are committed to the new lifestyle but SO confused--I thought I read no sugar of any kind (I'm diabetic) but the Rice Dream and some of the Almond milks and all of the soy yogurts have cane sugar in them--can anyone clarify? Also the Black Bean Confetti Salad is (to die for) listed in Phase I in the cookbook and Phase II in the Ultra Metabolism (Orange jacket) book--it has corn in it--hence my confusion. I don't mean to complain but it was easier to read the History of the World than the US Diet paperback. Got a joke from my cousin today that said "it you put a crouton on your Sundae it counts as a salad." The UM program has made us all feel better but right now that Crouton sounds awfully good--the only thing holding me back is the fact that I have defintely identified wheat as my poison.
