Help! On program 7 weeks--what to do/not do now!!

We have  been on program for 7 weeks.  Need to know quick--do we buy more Barlean's Total Omega 3-6-9 with borage oil?  It is not cheap and we are just about out.  What about the Buffered C-Complex?  We did stop the Milk Thistle about week 2 (my husband and son) and week 5 (for me).  Also, I was taking the herbal laxative the entire time and only recently read the last line of a paragraph that said only for the week--aarrgg!  So please answer ASAP.  Foodie Mom

I would recommend moving up to the UltraMetabolism program for more choices and consistancy.

Dear Christina, we moved to the Ultrametabolism program about week 5 by adding meat or fish protein to our lunch.  Still haven't been about to locate the place in the book that states what supplements, etc. for weeks 7 to life.  Can you give me the page #--Dieting for Dummies needed here--have a heart for us oldies--my eyes are bad and my husband can't get past the page that says he can have dark chocolate!!  Sincerely, Mama Foodie  (by the way I have lost 26 pounds--hit a wall this past 2 weeks, son has lost 46 pounds!!! and my husband 14 pounds)

Yes, the UltraSimple Guide also has a checklist of the "essential" supplements in it that is helpful (I think they are the same as Ultrametabolism).  I think there are recommended brands as well.
