Vegetable Broth

I made the broth according to the book, but I cannot stomach the taste of it!!! Any suggestions or is there something I can use to replace that? This is my 4th day and I'm feeling great! I just cannot drink any more broth!

Review the book, because I know there are four categories that you should use at least one vegetable. Then you can add only the other vegetable that you know that you like. Another person recommended starting like you would with any soup by sauteing the onion, garlic and celery then add the other veggies with the water and cook. I also like to play with my spices and use a blend that I find tasteful, just make sure to use the anti-inflammatory types. Remember that their are other options for snacks too. I loved celery with almond butter when I just couldn't drink another cup of broth. You can also add some rice, veggies and cubed chicken for a hearty soup for lunch.

I'm only on day one, but I really like the broth I made. I don't mind straining the vegetables, but I sure hate all those veggies going to waste. Do you guys eat them with meals, serve them to the family, or just toss?
