Stomach Butterflies

Hi,

I've been doing the program for a week and a half now and something strange happens to me shortly after I eat. About 1/2 hr. to an hour after eating I get what I can only explain as butterflies in my stomach. It's very different from hunger (perhaps higher up in the stomach) and the only way that it goes away (temporarily) is if I eat again.

I am eating only the foods allowed in Phase 1 and supplementing my meals with Enzymes and Pro-Biotics.

Any suggestions?
