Green Tea/ Other beverages?

Currently beginning UltraMetabolism 
Not yet begun the UltraSimple Diet 
I had a difficult time liking the green tea until I added lemon and ginger to it- now I love it! Anyone else have a winner?

Water and lemons

Not a new thing but it's nice to now just have a picture of water and real lemons in it for a drink. I don't know how i'm getting over soda but it's done. I realy don't care if I ever have a bottle of sugar ..lol. again.

I was running around today so I had to eat lunch out. I chose Chic-fil-a since they have the fruit salad and a very good side salad that I had with seseme seed instead of croutons. They have several fountain beverage options, but I try to never drink any of them now, so I chose the apple juice. They have bottled water too, but since I had a large glass in my car already, I opted for the 100% juice. My whole meal met 4 servings for fruit and vegetables, it I include breakfast and a snack the is 6 for the day and I still havn't had dinner. The man who waited on me even commented on my healthy meal!
