At this point I have lossed 7 pounds, gone from 128 severe to 93 mildly severe in the Health Tracker, Lost 1 inch around my midsection and 2" around my hips.  Of course, I was hoping for more (expecting miricales after destroying our bodies).  This is a definately working with little effort.  I never feel hungry and feel I am giving my body good nutrition.

I did not walk every day as I thought I would---when I did walk I certianly felt better.  I also love the Ultra Baths, it definately took away some of my aches and pains in my joints.  I'm still trying to find a infared sauna...at this point I can not afford to purchase one.

I did purchase the food, and have gone out to eat (choosing the best foods available).  I purchased the Supplements, But am still not sure how many to take with meals.  I've been doing it at lunchtime only.

I have a trouble sleeping, tossing and turning all night with a hard time getting up in the morning.  I've had this problem before the diet and am going for a sleep study.  Also the biggest issue I have is my mind scrambles...I can not seem to find the correct word to use.  So if anyone has any thought on this it will be very helpful.  And yes, I had this condition before USD.

Have a great day.  CindyCat

I've read that taking two magnesium tablets a little before bedtime are helpful for sleep.  I tried it; it helped me alot.  I was waking up once or twice a night before trying.  I'm soon to be 46 and just started this.  I'm hopeful for results.  I have been walking at least 30 minutes every day, if not outside on the treadmill.

Have a great day!

Thanks for the suggestion.

Wow! I'm certainly taking a lot of supplements.  I get some next time I go to the store.  I had a weekend full of exercise and I did sleep, I snored, but I felt well rested.  So I know I need to walk at least 30 minutes a day and I haven't gotten to it yet.  You have inspired me.

It's a new day to become a healthier slimmer me!

My calcium has magnesium in it, which is recommended generally to help with absorbtion, so you could take a couple of them at bedtime too. Melatonin or valerian root are also helpful with the restlessness at bedtime.

Of course any kind of exercise helps and studies show even 10 minutes can be beneficial, but don't do them to close to bedtime or you might have the reverse effect.

Since you are about my age, I was thinking it might also be associated with "the change". I sleep better and generally feel better when I take a supplement for it. Be careful if you are already on HRT's and talk to your doctor or the consultant at the health food store befor you take anything for this.

Sleep tight.
