Hi, I'm on day 10 and am not doing too great. Headache and fatigue all week. I was curious about how long it has taken the rest of you to start feel better? Perhaps I'm missing out on some of the detox tips... Do you guys have any super ideas? I'm following the plan layed out in the Ultramind solution.

Headaches and fatigue can be a sign of allergic reactions to foods. In the UltraMind Solution Dr Hyman allows many foods that he would generally eliminate to locate all of the allergens for a person. I know he suggest an amount of time to give before you try the elimination diet in the USD plan. It could acttually be the entire 6-weeks, but you could keep a journal and see if they are in conjunction with certain meals or it could also be environmental too.

However, I have eliminated foods that usually cause allergies. The fatigue I'm feeling is getting worse day by day - I've had to take days of from work just to sleep. Could it be a reaction to detox after almost two weeks? Seems a bit far fetched, doesn't it? I would really like to figure this out...

Are you still with the program? How are the headaches?

I'm in my second week and have had headaches every day this week. But since I'm prone to them I don't know if they are just regular ones or are from the diet. I'm hoping the latter because I think that means I'm getting rid of toxins.
