Hi everyone,

A while back, I suggested having a motivational quote for the day.  I came across this one from low carb writer Dana Carpender and thought I'd share it.

I figure with hypothyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, hypercalcaemea and arthritic knees damaged more in an accident and don't allow me to exercise the way I want to all the time that I should be a little more patient with myself and my progress. 

That said, it's time for me to eat breakfast so I can get to the gym!  My goal: two times a week at the gym for weights and cardio, cardio in some form on the other days.
