Joy .. who is not having cookies but did watch "Yentl" (for the third time) at a friend's house last night and didn't turn down the small dish of Breyer's w/sliced banana on top as a holiday treat!  Tomorrow (Christmas) I'll be roasting a chicken and making baked corn and sweet potatoes and asparagus and green salad.  Pretty healthy, I think, though heavy on the starchiness and with a couple of non-Phase I ingredients in the corn.  Uh-oh.
