Doing the UltraSimple Diet 
Hello all,
I am on day five of the Ultra Simple Diet and have lost 5 pounds!
Thankfully I haven't had any bad reaction to anything on the program so far. I have read some posts of people experiencing severe gas and acid reflux.
I took my first Ultra Bath last night (busy mother of two). By the end my three-year old was in with me and we were practicing our "Bath Math" (simple addition).
I have been very surprised at my lack of cravings. I have braved (and passed up) office donuts, Ice cream sandwiches, and chips among other things. That is not to say I am not hungry a lot of the time. I don't know exactly what it is, but sometimes even just 30 minutes after I eat, I actually "feel" hungry. I wait it out and it usually passes. I drink about 2 Ultra shakes a day. I try to get my broth in there, but its getting old real quick.
I plan on continuing the Ultra Simple Diet for another week and then transitioning into the ultra-metabolism diet.
Oh, I should mention that my friend (and incidentally my coworker) is doing the program with me. It has made it so much easier. We share the broth, and we cook lunch together in our office kitchen. The other day we made the Brazilian Black Bean Soup. It was fantastic, everyone in our office tried some.
Well, good luck to all of us. I really believe in this lifestyle and hope more people begin to embrace a more healthy way of eating.
