I purchased 2 individual blenders.  They are only $15 and come with a sipping lid if you want to take your shake to go.  It works really well; there are never any chunks--not even ice chunks!

I also found it saves A LOT of time by preparing my shake the night before by putting all the ingredients in the blender cup and storing it in the fridge overnight. I just stick it on the base, blend for a minute, and go.  I never have an excuse not to have breakfast now!

What brand of blender did you find for $15?  Sounds like a great idea.
