The Morning Ritual

Doing the UltraSimple Diet 
I'm now on Day 5 of the Ultrasimple Diet and as I was going through my morning routine my husband was standing at the end of the kitchen counter, quietly giggling as I packed up my arsenal of food for the day ![]()
It's a bit of a chore getting ready for work but once it's done I'm set for the day. I heat up a quart jar of broth and put it in my thermos. I make one Ultrashake for breakfast then two more for snacks...I put them in jars and take them to work....they last fine in the fridge, just shake and drink. Then I pack my lunch. I've also found that I need a crunchy snack to feel satisfied sometimes so the hummus and a few stalks of celery work well for that need to chew.
I'm very excited about this plan...no hunger and down 2 pounds in the first 5 days! ![]()
