I've found a local source for organic almond butter for $10.50/lb (retails for $16 lately) and am thinking it would be great to have a local USD food buying club to get the best deals on oils, flax seeds and maybe go blackberry picking this summer (we Oregonians are lucky to have lots of fresh organic berries)

I'm off to a spotty start with USD. My first attempt on the detox diet, in April, I got ill (coincidence) and had to stop and was unable to gauge any improvement.

I'm now in my second attempt (preliminary), but we're in the grass pollen season, which seriously effects my "fogginess" and energy levels, so, again, it's hard to gauge if there's any improvement.

Would like to detox more aggressively. I listened to Dr. Hyman's 7CD "five forces" audios and would very much like to work with either Dr. Hyman remotely or with someone local trained by him. I've had hair tests done by rocky mtn labs plus some food allergy testing by my naturopath (none detected).

My inflammation scale is over 100, so I'm VERY motivated to improve.
