Hi everyone! I'm just starting the detox program for the second time. I discovered Hyman's book a few years ago, and was able to complete the program, only to fall of the bandwagon. First, easing off the caffeine and sugar. Oh the cravings! They are such crutches to get thru the stressful work day....

It get's easier, usually by the third day. I was literally shaking the second day. Carry snacks in your purse at all times, so when you get tempted by a chocolate or cake, grab the natural sweet instead.  Bananas are good when you really crave something sweet.
