Hello to everyone,

I was just given the diagnois of Osteroporis. I am 20 lbs over weight. I've lost 6 already and planning on doing things differently.

My Dr. is out of town and I was given ranking numbers for my osterporis of - 2.7 spine and - 0.8 hip. Does anyone understand these ranks?

Thanks for your help, I appreciate it. I'd like to hear from others with this problem.
