Not yet begun the UltraSimple Diet 
It's day two (of the ultrametabolism diet), and so far it's better and easier than it seemed. I am having the hardest time with the sugar/ caffeine cravings, but I know that they'll pass. I have never eaten nuts like this before, and it seems like I'm having a tougher time digesting them. Did anyone else have this issue?
I made the breakfast recipe of amaranth, soy milk, cinnamon and apple with crushed walnuts on top- it is fantastic!

Surprisingly I did not have a problem withdrawing from the sugar and caffeine. The hardest part for me was eating alot of chicken instead of red meats as well as pasta. We (used) to eat quite a bit of pasta; we have since cut back. Just keep at this one day at a time.

Thanks for your reply. I enjoy pastas as well, and so far have found brown rice fulfills that craving. I also really like experimenting with the different grains- some I had never eaten before. I've been experimenting for a few weeks before starting ultrametabolism phase 1 so I could get used to preparing different kinds of food. I look forward to having lamb loin tomorrow, but I haven't missed red meat yet.
