Oats and coconut milk

I need input regarding coconut milk and oats.
In the book it saysno oats but on the celiac.com website they say that oats are ok.
please respond.

Oats in themself are gluten free but they're notoriously known for being contaminated. If you want to be sure and stay gluten free you have to buy certified gluten free oats.
