Hi there,

I just got started with my Prep week. I was wondering if i can consume Organic Brown sugar/Organic Honey in lieu of white sugar.

Soonest response will be highly appreciated.

Honey is acceptable but I

Honey is acceptable but I would recommend staying away from the brown sugar.  You can also use agave nectar.
