Not yet begun the UltraSimple Diet 
I think that it would be helpful to suggest starting the UltraBath on Saturday night. We started the program so quickly, having to read the book and the guide in a week or so. Add in all the shopping for different foods and preparation, the UltraBath would have been a good start on rest and relaxation.
