Main Meals for Purchase Separately?

Hi:

I was wondering if there is any thought of offering the entrees for sale separately from the snacks and shakes.  I like making my own broth fresh, but I'd appreciate having a few meals ready for me to eat a couple of days during the week.  It would make it so much easier for me to stick to the program if I could have healthy, nutritious choices available when I don't feel like cooking from scratch.

With all of the construction that's going on at our house, we bought an old camper to stay in this summer so we wouldn't miss out on vacation time at the lake.  But, I am anticipating it being tough to eat well in the tiny RV.  lol

Thanks for the help!

Thanks, UltraKitty.  I hope they change their minds about that!  I can understand why they might not want to do it that way, but it would certainly help us out!

Suggestion for ala carte??

I had also suggested this to Customer Service when they called to see how everything was going (they didn't mention a reason not to do it)...  not sure what their hesitation might be... maybe if they offered this option once you had already purchased one week complete - they'd get people to try the program as designed... then give us some flexibility to continue doing some on our own and some through sides and entrees purchased separately...

Thanks for the comments.  I'm glad to see others are asking as well.  I'm sure they want to make sure people are getting the most accurate approach to the program by offering all of the food, but as I commented to my husband yesterday, even if people who need to eat prepared food just changed over to these foods, they'd be doing their health a world of good.  Laughing

Ordering "Separates"

This may be something they will do in the future - once they knock out the kinks and glitches in supplying the whole week of food.  I would imagine the logistics of supplying separates would make our heads spin!  Smile  It certainly is making mine spin, thinking of how to accomplish it!

I bet more people would order and they would make more money, which is what it really comes down to for a company, if they did offer a la carte.  I ordered two weeks of food.  I did it separately so I didn't get a discount.  I wanted to make sure I liked the food first before I committed to a second week.  I did not order a week three even though I'll still be doing it as I am in Phase I now and plan on continuing to phase II.  I would have ordered certain things though if I could have such as the mango cherry detox shake and the ultra broth and some of the lesser know items (to me at least) such as quinoa.  I'm not a big cook but steaming veggies is easy as well as preparing chicken but I've never made fish, ever so it would be nice to have that a la carte option.  Again, I think they would actually make more money if they did that...  just a thought.
