Doing the UltraSimple Diet

I have been on the program for one week and I am trying to enter my 7 day results and I have no idea how to get them in. The screens that come up ask for "starting info". How do I get the picture and info into the system. email me at skrhome aol com . Thank you in advance for your help. Suzanna
