Hi
I think for people who live outside the US a glossary for some of the foods and terms that you use in the book would be helpful -eg was puzzled by what a rutabagas was. Had to search on the Internet to find out it is called a swede in Britain and Australia.
You use the terms grill and broil which have different meanings here in Australia.
This is all time consuming and may put people off.
I think also a metric conversion chart for people who are unfamiliar with the imperial system.

Welcome, jibsoz!

I like your idea, jibsoz!
Nice to have someone from "down under" on the message boards!
It's great to see that the USD is going "international"!
What all do you need to know? I have measuring cups and scales that are Metric as well as "normal" for USA.

Hi
I couldnt agree more I am english and was completely confused by the "cups" and some of the names of veggies, made even worse by living in spain, where everything is different again and the range of foods just not available.
The prices are incredible for some of these things here too, eg. I managed to find almond butter in a small jar and it cost 8.95 euros which is 12.17 us dollars, which I think expensive compared to peanut with is 4 euros.
