I just finished the 7 days and I've gained 2 pounds! I followed the program meticulously. Even did 80 % of the Enhanced things too.

I do feel better, and my Health Score improved from 102 to 49. But the things that are causing the 49 (rather than lower) are still bothersome. I have been somewhat bloated and gassy throughout the 7 days. Also, I had been having heart palpitations for about a month before I started the program - I had 1 or 2 days during the 7 that I thought they were milder. On day 5 I eliminated nuts (I had been using walnuts or almonds in my shakes), and I may have had a slight improvement in the gassy part.

After going through all of the trouble of eliminating so many possible allergens, I don't want to just throw them all back in there, but wonder if my problem is that something else I'm still eating is bothering me.

I used a little red cabbage in my broth. In the past I have felt that cabbage bothered me. Wonder if that is my problem. I can afford another week with the brown rice powder for shakes (it would be pretty expensive to continue for a 3rd week), but I want to get it right and not get 7 more days down the road and feel I've wasted time.

HAS ANYONE ELSE GAINED WEIGHT AND STILL FELT BLOATED AT THE END?

That's great that you are feeling better and that your score has lowered.

I would recommend continuing the program for another week and removing the cabbage from the broth.
