Doing the UltraSimple Diet 
Hey everyone....my time to brag! I have finished my 7-days, but am going to do 2 or 3 weeks on the detox plan before going into the UltraMetabolism plan. So, in only 10 days, I have lost 8 pounds, 2 inches off my hips, and 1 inch off my waist! My skin has also cleared up some...less breakouts on my oily skin. No hunger pangs, and something I have been wishing for my whole life: I am actually beginning to like vegetables, not just tolerate them :). I always ate a few servings of veggies each day, but could never get myself to have a taste for them, just force them down for health purposes. Somehow, on this plan, by getting rid of the junk food, my taste buds changed for the better, away from my nasty sweet tooth. I have 35 pounds to go to get to my goal weight, which for the first time in 10 years, finally seems like an attainable goal, instead of an unattainable goal. For 10 years, I have only lost 3 or 4 pounds repeatedly, but would get stuck there. This rapid progress was very motivating, not to mention all the other side benefits I gained, including good normal blood sugar readings on my monitor.
