While I have not experienced significant weight loss (only 1 lb and 1 inch off my wiast), my health score has gone from 77 down to 21.

My husband fared much better from the diet: a total of 7 lbs lost! His bowel movement is also much more regular (from struggling with once a day to 3 times a day).
