The best thing that has happened to me after being on this diet for 2 weeks is that I have completely lost my craving for sweets or for overeating any kind of food and I will NEVER again eat packaged foods!  All that Lean Cuisine, ugh, it makes me sick to think what I was putting in my body.  I don't really like to cook on a regular basis but I have found out that it is very easy to eat healthy without a huge expenditure of time and energy spent in the kitchen.  I lost 4 lbs and want to lose 8 - 10 more.   I know I will do it!  And I do have more energy and feel less tired during the day.

I too have lost my cravings for sweets and over eating. It took about a week or so, but I am so happy. I have lost the bloatedness in my abdomen and lost some inches in my thighs and back and arms.

I am doing water jogging 3 days a week for 45 minutes and I would like to recommend it for anyone who has stiff joints or gets too tired with land exercise. The water gives a nice amount of resistance and has firmed me up and keeps my joints loose also.

I can now wear pants I couldn't get closed two days ago -- happy day!  I hope I can sustain this -- I  love rich deserts, pizza, cheese, etc. and haven't had any for over 2 weeks.  I'm thinking if I stay on this eating plan for a couple of weeks maybe I will be able  to eat just one -- just one desert every couple of weeks, maybe.  I think I felt deprived of rich foods when I was a kid -- I never got enough whipped cream!  Crazy, I know.
