Doing the UltraSimple Diet 
While I haven't yet completed entire week, I just wanted to let you skeptics out there know this diet works!
I'm currently a PA student and spend all my time sitting in class and then sitting at home studying, with little time for exercise or cooking. I went to a friends wedding and suddenly realized I am the "fat friend" and have absolutely no energy, so I decided to try it.
Aside from the weight loss, the thing that makes me happiest is my lack of cravings for sweets! I love cake, cookies, brownies, donuts, candy; if it's sweet I eat it. Yet, yesterday someone offered me chocolate and it didn't look appealing. Today, a classmate brought in 4 boxes of donuts...again, I just couldn't fathom putting one in my mouth.
So, I hope this will help keep some of you motivated. Since I just got hooked up with this website, I think I'll continue the ultrasimple diet for 11 days and then switch to the ultrametabolism diet. Plus I know I gotta throw in some exercise.
Oh, since my stats aren't accurate here they are:
Height 5'6
Starting Weight 185
Current Weight: 181
