Gnu-foods fiber bars

Not yet begun the UltraSimple Diet

Gnu foods makes a fiber bar that has 12g fiber and between 130-150 calories, 31g carb and 3g fat per bar. Are these OK for use with the UM program? (More nutritional info is at their web site gnu-foods.com)

If these are not acceptable for the UM program, are there any that are?

I have been using the omega smart bars that Dr Hyman recomended in the book. I order them online and they come pretty quickly. Taste good too.
