USD Pre-made meals

I was unable to find soome of the items for the USD, so when I saw I could order the meals/broth/shakes pre-made, I was thrilled. Then the ordeer arrived. I ordered only 1 week, to test the foods. Well, several items - main courses, veggies, didn't arrive. Since we are supposed to follow the plan, this made it impossible. I called and was told they COULD NOT send the missing items, but they could refund some money. That doesn't solve the problem of no food for a particular meal. This wasn't a very positive experience. Well, I let them talk me into trying to place another order. It too was sent incomplete.

Has anyone else had this problem???
