Yoga Video for Yoga Novice

My husband ordered last Friday, and I have just received the Kripalu yoga tape-Gentle, shipped Priority Mail from CA to AL. So far, I have been mostly watching on the yoga DVD which was included with my yoga mat, although I am pretty good at doing the opening pose, Corpse Pose and the Fetal Pose that are on that DVD! 
Just from looking at the enclosure, this new video appears to be easier than the one I have been watching/wishing I could do. The watching has been very relaxing, also. Wish I could move like that lady on the DVD! I am looking forward to trying the new video this afternoon. Might even have to invest in some yoga pants eventually!

I just ordered this DVD. I've been wanting to find a good yoga DVD like this because i have a serious back injury and my old ones are too difficult. I'll let you know how it goes! You may remember me, I keep mentioning my back injury... I guess because it has consumed my life for the past 5 years and put me in the position to need this diet. I'm proud to say that I lost 8 pounds the first week. I'm now in my second week and hope to continue the same way. I got your recommendations for the faux cherry and banana ice cream from another thread and will be shopping this weekend and trying them out. Again thanks for all the wisdom and for sharing your experience. It really helps to hear this. As a 36 year old whose life dramatically changed 5 years ago I finally feel empowered and in control for the first time.
