It is an eyeopener about toxins and dangers in all of the personal products that we use. I don't buy anything unless I consult this site. I have put together a list of all the items that my family and I will use every day. I truly feel that I need to control things that I can control, because there are so many variables to my health that I can't control. I hope that this helps!
