All of the multivitamins I found contain calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide. Also, I can't find any that contain the recommended amounts of vitamins and minerals by Dr. Hyman. Are there any brands that someone might want to recommend? I live in Southern California, by the way. I don't know if that might help or not. Thanks.

I also am looking for another multivitamin--need to find one low in magnesium as I have Myashenia Gravis and should not have high levels of magnesium or did I misunderstand and it is a certain type of magnesium. Also, changed from the Costco vitamins--they were working fine--but did have a warning for diabetics I am still feeling rather tired. yes, I know that is the nature of the disease but this is a little more than usual. We have been on the program 4 months now. My son has lost 65 pounds to date and over 8 inches around his waist. I have only lost 32 pounds but am working to counter this plateau--more veggies? Hello,
Here are 3 of the multivitamins that we recommend:
Metagenics Mutligenics Intensive Care (without iron) or a pack (with
fish oils & detox factors called Wellness Essentials by Metagenics)
Pioneer 1+ Vitamin Mineral
Pro Thera Vita Prime
(All have slightly different formulas and we often will add other
supplements based on clinical signs/symptoms and lab tests - ex. if we
find that one has low Vitamin D levels, we will add additional Vitamin
D, if we check rbc (red blood cell) magnesium and it is low, we will
add more magnesium - etc)
If you start with the basics, and then ask your doctor which additional
supplements would be applicable to you, I think you will see nice
results.
Warm Regards,
Christina
