White Bean Dip Recipe Anyone

I saw where you can have a snack carrots and white bean dip.

I can not find the bean dip recipe any where. Do any of you have it?

I was also questioning on the USD it says no raw vegetables but I am looking on the meal plan where you order meals and it has celery w/hummus and also the white bean dip w/carrots. Hope this is O,k, to eat. I love hummus and thought if I got hungry that could be my snack.

A small quantity of raw vegetables is "legal" at first on USD.

Have you checked the recipes in the USD Companion Guide yet?  I haven't heard of the bean dip recipe, but I want to try many more of the recipes sometimes soon.  I wonder if you could make the Tuscan Bean Dish and puree that for a bean dip???

you can find quite a number of white bean dip recipes at www.epicurious.com.  Just do a recipe search for "white bean dip" and you should see quite a number of options.  The one that got a high rating from users was http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/2042
