4 T. EVOO

4 T. organic lemon juice

1 1/2 T. minced garlic

1 T(or to taste) pomegranate molasses or agave nectar

Sea salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar, cover, then refrigerate.  This mixture keeps better on the refrigerator door shelf, where it is not so cold.  Good to use for basting chicken or wild caught Alaska salmon, or for a salad dressing.

Tip for Week 2 USD and later: try adding sliced fresh or dehydrated strawberries to your "legal" salad greens, and use this dressing along with some nuts and quinoaDelicious!  My home-dehydrated strawberries taste wonderful this way, although their color is not so good due to no preservatives in them.

I think I'll make that one up and see how it goes.  I have about that much left in my sticky bottle of pomegranate molasses.
