Recipe for healthy cornbread?

Hi, we are going to a superbowl party (our first public outing since starting on the plan) and we are taking the Turkey Chili recipe but guests have requested cornbread go with the chili.   Has anyone converted a cornbread recipe to conform to UltraMetabolism standards.   We thought the cornmeal would be ok, use the alternate non-gluten/non wheat type flour, eggbeaters for the egg, but what would work in place of the sugar--non sweet cornbread would NOT be acceptable to this group--so any ideas??  need help fast.  Thank you  The Foodies

I would try stevia (I like the taste of the Vitamin Shoppe brand available at vitaminshoppe.com or one of their retail stores ) and / or some vanilla for the sweet flavor. I use a vanilla that comes in crystals (Greek) that gives a very nice sweet taste, a few crystals go a long way. or better a real vanilla bean...mmmm yummy yummy.
