I just had a great lunch today and wanted to share it. I cooked 1/4 cup brown rice in 1 cup water with tumeric then when it was done I added 1 cup of the Ultra broth and 1/2 cup steamed veggies and it made a soup. A lot better way to get down the broth, i'll say!

Good idea. To spice it up, I'd add a few slices of ginger.

My broth is quite tasty and I like drinking it, but your idea is a good option.
