I'd like to submit an UltraSimple recipe for a main dish lentil salad but I don't see legumes or lentils or even beans as an option to select as a main ingredient.  Can this be updated please?

Hi Key,

 Why don't you just put the recipe here so that everyone can access while tech works on your request.  I'm trying to find good legume recipes so any ideas or recipes you have would be extremely helpful.

Thanks Carolyn,I just got home from Whole Foods so I'm loaded with all the good foods and beans for next week and then some.  I'm a bit nervous about preparing all the right foods.  I figure as long as I have rice and beans at lunch I should be okay.  I think the hardest thing for me is figuring out how to stick to the diet with my modifications, such as adding back salads and more fruits and when to put them in.  I must say that receiving recipes like this make it seem so much easier.  Quick and easy is what I need.  I did an exhuastive read through of almost all the USD threads and tried to get all the recipes and ingredients for todays shopping trip.  Needless to say, Whole Foods was very happy when I paid my bill, ouch!  It's all worth it though!  Thanks again!

Thank you. I am just starting & never really cooked with spices other than Lawry's or salt. I don't know where to begin when it comes to making this food tasty.
