Help finding a recipe

I've been doing the Ultrasimplediet with home delivered meals, and I love the chocolate banana ultra shake. I have asked on the phone and the contact us email as to the recipe for it. I've been told by both that it's in the guide, but it's not. I know what the ingredients are. I just need to know how much of each one. Can anyone help...? Please...Foot in mouth

Here is a post from someone else...also, found using the search function above.

The person who posted it is psisemore:

 I use the following:  approx. 6oz of water, 1T flax/borage oil, 2T flax meal, 1T almond butter, 1/2 or 1 whole frozen banana-depending on how big it is, 1T Nutribiotic chocolate rice protein, and 1T organic cocoa.

I personally really like the thicker consistency so sometimes I pop it into the freezer for a few minutes, too.  The original recipe called for "special dark cocoa" but I've never been able to find anything called that - so I just use regular organic cocoa.

Organic Dark chocolate

I found it in the Organic Section in Wegmans. Green and Black is the label and the taste is much more intense than normal chocolate. They sell dark 70% chocolate bars as well under the same name.
