It would be great if you had a contact us page with an email, phone number and or address. I've had so many problems and most were worked out but a little too late. Most sites have that type of help available. That would be GREAT!

I agree, this website needs to be user-friendly. I bought the book, UltraMetabolism today, tried to get to the guide to calculate your resting metabolic rate. Well, I still haven't found it. I hope the book is better than the website.

I agree. I would also like a phone number so I could talk to a live person. Almost 3 weeks ago I ordered The Detox Box and I have not received any acknowledgement about whether it was shipped and when I will get it. I have emailed twice and received no response.
