I need help for my PCOS

   I Have been told by my OBGYN that I have PCOS with many cysts on my ovarys.I have also been told by a naturopath that I did some  hormone tests through, that I have too high of levels of progesterone and DHEA in my system.Now my hair has gotten very thin and is starting to fall out.The skin on my face and neck have also dried out alot.I'm 26yrs old but sometime look so old.I also have very irregular periods.

    I have tried following the guide lines in the ultramind book under self help for hormones and did the quizs.I guess I'm just really over whelmed with the how to find some one as good as Dr.Hyman to help me with this problem among others.
