Today is my first day on the diet as well as my partners. Although we did not feel hungry at all, we both felt really tired and had headaches. I also wanted to mention that we didn't get up too early and we didn't do the yoga thing. Mainly because, we don't know how to do yoga. We went for a nice 3 mile walk instead. Will not doing the yoga hurt our plan. Also, we didn't have the stomach for the olive oil and lemon juice so we skipped that but had the lemon and water, green tea and ultrashake for our breakfast. We have taken all other supplements. Will this still work for us or do we have to follow this perfectly?

OK, so I made it to day 4 and I am feeling less tired, but not full of energy. Haven't lost any weight and the biggest complaint I have is the bloat. I get so bloated and gassy after I drink or eat anything yet. My clothes still feel tight. This is quite uncomfortable and rather embarassing because I get alot of gas. Anyone else experienting this? If so, will it go away? Maybe I need to stay on this longer than the 7 days to feel better and see some results. Comments would be appreciated and maybe encourageing.
