If the fish oil supplement that I am taking has 500 IU of Vitamin D and the multi-vitamin has 200 IU of Vitamin D. Do I still need to take a Vitamin D supplement? Also my fish oil supplement has 5,000 IU of Vitamin A. Is it ok that my multi-vitamin has 10,000 IU of Vitamin A from Beta Carotene?

You shouldn't take your multivitamin because Vitamin A can be stored which can be be bad.
