Hi All,

 I'm trying to get a copy of the guide that you get a link to when you register for the ultrawellness site, but my link keeps coming up as "Page Cannot be Displayed" the link seems to have a typo but I can't figure out how to modify to get the guide. Can anyone help me?

 You can access the guide by going to  http://www.ultrawellness.com/files/USD-Guide.pdf

 

Please keep in mind that you will need adobe reader to access the guide.

I've tried to get the guide by clicking the online link and I didn't ever get the reply email with the link (tried several times and sent three emails to tech support, with no reply). So thank you, for posting the link here.

 I'm in my prep week and am excited about starting the diet, but I'm a bit disappointed in the lack of customer service on this issue - hope someone is reading this!
