I just started UltraMetabolism a weekago.  I jumped in and eliminated all white things and sugar, all processed foods and have been focusing on real foods.  I also am switching from coffee and balck tea to green tea.  I feel wonderfu, more energetic...I have lost 6 pounds.  I quit eating three hours before bed and getting to bed earlier.....I still have a long way to go, but these simple changes are making a huge difference (I am still reading the book).  Oh yes, and the best thing is that I am not hungry all the time.  I just eat real fod regularly throughout the day, but tonight I went to see my sons baseball game and I forgot to eat. That has never happened to me before! I did get hunger pangs around the seventh inning, but I waited and went home and prepared something HEALTHY AND REAL AND ENJOYED EVERY BITE!!I have tried every diet out there and I think Ultra Metabolism is really remarkable!
