my stomach hurts

I am new to this and not sure how to really blog so bare with me.  I feel like I still have some acid reflux and the only thing I can think it would be would be the rice, anyone else have this problem?  My stomach hurt bad yesterday, help!

stomach ache

I also have acid reflux issues...I don't think it is the rice..I think it is the lemon juice and the supplements.  So I just try to make sure I have something in my stomach before I take the pills.  I also take Nexium for the acid reflux and antacids when it gets bad.  I always have problems when my stomach is empty for long periods of time, like in the middle of the night.  Sometimes I get up and have some hot rice cereal and then go back to bed..that helps me.
