I am newly off raw food and hoping that this will do the trick

I have been on raw food since January 2007.  I was doing the Raw Food Boot Camp www.rawfoodbootcamp.com A few weeks ago I just freaked out and couldn't stand not eating cooked food any more.  I, of course, gained 10 lbs. but I want to get that off and I love the foods that are acceptable here.  I am just going to have trouble with the portion size (at least that's what I think for now).  It says not to worry about portion sizes but I am just off raw food where you can eat unlimited amounts of veggies and a minimum of 1,000 calories from fruit per day.  It's not easy to eat 1,000 calories in fruit.

I would recommend trying the seven days and then reevaluating from there.  

You can also do the UltraMetabolism program which is a whole foods based program that is more food and may be better for you.
